Job summary

HealthRecon Connect is seeking an AR Collections Voice Process specialist for night shift. This remote role focuses on AR calling for physician billing, with EDHM specialty experience preferred.

You will document and follow up on claims, collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues, and support a growing healthcare revenue cycle operation. Remote work flexibility is offered; candidates from India locations are welcome.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in AR Collections / AR Calling.
• Specialty experience in Emergency Department & Hospital Medicine (EDHM) preferred.
• AdvancedMD experience preferred.
• Must have proper relieving documentation from previous employer.
• Willingness to work in Night Shift.
• Immediate joiners only.

Responsibilities

• Perform AR Calling for physician billing with EDHM specialization preferred.
• Handle voice process operations for healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
