Job summary

MedStar Health, expanding the Nighthawk Radiology Division, seeks evening and night-shift diagnostic radiologists for a fully remote opportunity available to candidates nationwide. The role involves final interpretations of after-hours CT and ultrasound, with some X-ray and occasional MRI, supported by 24/7 PACS and a dedicated call center.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia
• Fellowship training preferred
• Must be licensed in the state from which you are reading

Responsibilities

• Final interpretations of after-hours CT and ultrasound, with some X-ray and occasional MRI
• 24/7 dedicated PACS support
• 24/7 dedicated call center for critical results reporting
• 7 or 8-hour shifts
• Preliminary reads issued for complex cases or during high-volume periods
• Shared responsibility for handling after-hours questions and calls from technologists and providers
• 9-10 RVUs/hour with incentives for higher productivity
• Abundant internal moonlighting opportunities
