Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Executive Neuroscience Sales Specialist for Springfield, IL, supporting remote US-based operations. You will drive specialty pharmaceutical sales in a neuroscience-focused territory, building senior-level clinician relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive healthcare sales experience, advanced selling skills, and the ability to influence pricing, reimbursement, and distribution strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience, including 1 year in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales; neuroscience preferred.
• 8 years of healthcare sales experience with 2 years in complex selling for Senior Specialist level; 12 years for Executive level

Responsibilities

• Promote products to healthcare professionals both in person and virtually.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling skills.
• Tailor sales materials to meet customer-specific needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide coordinated solutions.
• Guide customers on product pricing, reimbursement, and distribution issues.
• Track and report sales activities and customer interactions efficiently.
• Represent the organization at conferences and local meetings as needed.
• Mentor new sales specialists and contribute to strategic projects
