Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales - Neuroscience Specialist to join our client team in Lincoln, NE. This remote role targets specialist engagement across the neuroscience market, educating healthcare providers and supporting patient access and care pathways.

The position requires a consultative sales approach, coordination with internal partners, and the ability to translate complex clinical information into meaningful conversations with providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, or 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience in a patient-facing role.
• CNS knowledge is highly valued.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare providers regarding product access and patient care guidance.
• Utilize virtual and digital tools to engage with customers and facilitate their connection to internal colleagues.
• Organize and facilitate local provider discussions to share experiences and outcomes.
• Gather feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize engagement quality.
• Collaborate with the ecosystem team to enhance targeting and call plans.
• Elevate insights and opportunities to the Area Business Lead for strategic input.
