Job summary

Prolific is seeking Neuroscience Experts to act as evaluators for a high-level AI verification project on a flexible remote basis. You will review LLM-generated graphical abstracts against scientific papers, checking for accuracy and structural integrity to ensure faithful representation of complex research.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in Neuroscience or related fields, with strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and prior exposure to scientific publishing or peer

• Experience with fact-checking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Scientific Review: review scientific papers alongside LLM-generated graphical abstracts.
• Fact-Checking: identify issues and inaccuracies where the graphical abstract does not faithfully represent the source scientific paper.
• Expert Verification: use your domain knowledge to ensure that technical concepts are visually and textually summarized correctly. Pass a paid skills assessment with a sample paper and graphical abstract.
