Ladders is seeking a NeuroPsych Account Specialist for a remote field-based role in the United States. The position centers on strategic account management and education to grow specialty pharmaceutical adoption within a defined territory, collaborating with healthcare providers and internal teams to overcome barriers and ensure compliant, ethical execution.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty sales (Psychiatry/Neurology)
• Master's degree in science with 2+ years relevant experience preferred
• Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution is strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
• Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and advocacy groups
• Establish strong communication with internal partners across multiple functions
• Uphold highest ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines
• Maintain full field presence with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events
