Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative III, Pain Therapies, to manage a regional territory, grow base business, and develop strategic implanting centers and referral networks.

This field-based role requires residence within the territory, travel to multiple accounts, and a valid driver’s license.

You will sell implantable devices for pain therapies, provide technical support, analyze sales trends, and coordinate with neuro business partners to drive growth while ensuring quality compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Associates Degree and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Sells implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff.
• Partners with strategic implanting centers to develop the account/implanter practice through;
• providing product and therapy technical support and service,
• including consultation at strategic management and analysis of sales trends,
• utilization of appropriate Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans to accounts for territory development and growth
• Other activities as they arise, as assigned by the sales leadership
• Ensures personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable
• Follows all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high quality work
