Optima Health is seeking an experienced Neurodiversity Workplace Coach to deliver strategy-based coaching for neurodivergent employees. The role is home-based with occasional travel, offering a £30,000 salary plus benefits.

• Relevant coaching qualifications and CPD in workplace coaching.
• Experience supporting neurodiverse individuals in workplace settings.
• Proven ability to conduct remote assessments and create tailored coaching plans.

Responsabilidades

• Awareness of the Equality Act 2010 and applying it in coaching.
• Deliver strategy-based coaching to neurodivergent clients (Dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, Dyscalculia, DCD/Dyspraxia).
• Create and manage coaching plans focused on job tasks and learning styles.
• Conduct remote assessments via MS Teams; occasional face-to-face sessions.
• Meet KPI and SLA commitments and work with a multi-disciplinary team.
