Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Networking Service Support to own end-to-end service delivery for data center and communications customers. You will lead technical support, field service operations, and logistics to ensure rapid restoration and SLA compliance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, collaboration with engineering and sales, and a strong networking background. Remote-based in the Dallas, TX area with travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 yrs. experience in networking systems or communications industry with working experience in technical positions.
• BS/MS engineering/sciences/photonics or equivalent degree.
• MBA is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end service delivery for assigned accounts and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead field service dispatch, onsite response, and first-time-fix performance.
• Manage outsourced Tier 1 and 2 support, parts, and logistics.
• Coordinate incident and return-to-operation processes with cross-functional teams.
• Support service agreement renewals and identify opportunities for service expansion.
