Job summary

ScreenRant is seeking experienced freelance writers to contribute original, high-quality entertainment content remotely. You will write articles several times per week in ScreenRant's house style, with fact-checking, formatting, linking, and image sourcing as part of a brief editorial process.

You should have a journalism degree, at least 2 years at a credible digital publication, and a passion for TV shows on ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English Literature, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with a credible digital publication.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to write high-quality articles with swift turn-around times.
• Comfortable working in an entirely virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Write articles per week in ScreenRant's house style, including fact-checking, formatting, linking, and image sourcing/very basic editing.
• CBS expert who can specifically cover FBI, CIA, NCIS franchise, Sheriff/Fire Country, Boston Blue, and Tracker.
• Brainstorm, pitch, and develop original content ideas.
• Accept and apply any/all feedback from the editorial team.
• Communicate openly and actively with the editorial team.
