Job summary

Client is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Engineer II to support OSP network design, financial processes, and regulatory coordination across multiple projects. This role manages engineering requests within an assigned geographic area and collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and municipalities to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in telecommunications, engineering, or network planning.
• Strong proficiency with engineering systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Engineering Work Orders for new builds, upgrades, and fiber deployments.
• Review design prints and redlines; apply corrections for construction readiness.
• Develop OSP designs in 3GIS and use AutoCAD, Ivalua, Netsuite, Sitetracker, and MS Office.
• Process invoices, validate financial documentation, resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, builders, and municipalities on requirements and timelines.
• Engage with city departments to secure permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
