Job summary

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer I to design and prepare Engineering Work Orders for network deployments, including fiber builds and upgrades.

This role uses 3GIS, AutoCAD, Site tracker, Ivalua, and MS Office to deliver precise designs and maintain data integrity. As an OSP field engineer, you will own all Outside Plant work in your area and coordinate with planners, vendors, and municipal entities to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education.
• 1-3 years related experience in telecommunications or network planning.
• Knowledge of engineering systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local and wide area network systems, plan, design, and evaluate the network build solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, property owners, customers, and municipal entities to support project execution.
• Support Network Implementation Engineers II and Senior Engineers in design and delivery activities.
• Maintain accurate network records, including updates and corrections to ensure data integrity.
• Process invoices, validate financial documentation, and resolve discrepancies.

• :Network Implementation Engineer I designs and prepares Engineering Work Orders supporting network deployments, including new builds, upgrades, fiber deployments (FTTN, FTTH, etc.), and augmentation projects


• .This role utilizes tools such as 3GIS, AutoCAD/CAD systems, Site tracker, Ivalua, and Microsoft Office to deliver accurate, high-quality designs


• .As an OSP field engineer, this position owns all Outside Plant work within an assigned geographic area, managing workload, designing solutions, and securing required permits


• .The role partners closely with planning, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant project delivery and a high level of service to client customers
