The role requires experience with Medicare reimbursement methods and financial modeling, with strong Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a network management-related role (contracting or provider services).
• Proven knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS).
• 2+ years of experience using financial models and analysis to negotiate rates with providers.
• Intermediate knowledge of claims processing systems and guidelines.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting and related financial models.
• Develop and negotiate network contracts with facilities, physicians, and medical groups.
• Ensure network composition supports broad access and affordability; manage cost trends.
• Evaluate contracts per company templates and reimbursement standards; ensure process controls.
• Explain complex issues to stakeholders and work cross-functionally to resolve problems.
• Support contracting for facility and physician providers across lines of business.
