Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Network Automation Engineer to manage system infrastructure and applications, and to develop and optimize automation solutions. You will strengthen DevSecOps, maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab/Jenkins, and work with on‑premises and cloud environments including AWS and Azure.

The role requires 3+ years scripting, 2+ years Ansible, Terraform, and a secret clearance.

Qualifications

3+ years of scripting experience (Bash, Python, JavaScript, Jinja2, or PowerShell)
2+ years with automation tools including Ansible
Experience automating network appliances (Cisco, PaloAlto, BigIP)
Experience with CI/CD toolsets (GitLab or Jenkins)
Experience writing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Experience with building, deployment, release automation, or orchestration
Experience with on-premise and Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Develop and implement automation solutions for system infrastructure and applications
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and workflows
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and management of infrastructure
Strengthen DevSecOps practices while supporting naval platforms
