Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced Network Automation Engineer to design and implement automation for systems and applications. You will enhance CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with development and operations teams, and advance DevSecOps capabilities to support critical naval platforms.

You should have 3+ years scripting experience (Bash, Python, JavaScript, Jinja2, PowerShell) and hands-on work with Ansible, Terraform, and cloud/provider tooling (AWS/Azure). A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with scripting languages to automate tasks, including Bash, Python, JavaScript, Jinja2, or PowerShell
• 2+ years of experience with automation tools including Ansible
• Experience automating network appliances such as Cisco, PaloAlto, or BigIP
• Experience with CI/CD toolsets including GitLab or Jenkins
• Experience writing Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform
• Experience with building, deployment, release automation, or orchestration
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including activities around the automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing, such as CI/CD
• Experience with provisioning and managing infrastructure as well as applications in on-premise and Cloud environments including AWS and Azure
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
