Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Network Automation Engineer to manage system infrastructure and applications, developing automation solutions and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage infrastructure, while enhancing DevSecOps capabilities for critical naval platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with scripting, automation tools, IaC, and cloud services (AWS/Azure), plus security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience scripting to automate tasks (Bash, Python, JS, Jinja2, PowerShell).
• 2+ years experience with automation tools including Ansible.
• Experience automating network appliances (Cisco, Palo Alto, BigIP).
• Experience with CI/CD toolsets (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Experience writing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with building/deploy/release automation and orchestration.
• Experience with IaC environments including automated server/network configurations and large-scale deployments.
• Experience provisioning/managing infra and apps in on-prem and Cloud (AWS and Azure).
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps alignment.
• Collaborate with development and operations for smooth deployment and management.
• Strengthen DevSecOps skills while sustaining naval platforms.
