Cognizant is seeking a Network Architect to design and optimize secure, scalable network architectures using Palo Alto and Juniper technologies. This remote role requires US location and authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Juniper switching routing wireless and SD-WAN.
• Extensive Palo Alto firewall design and integration in large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of security policies threat prevention and segmentation.

Responsabilidades

• Design enterprise networks using Palo Alto and Juniper platforms for secure, scalable connectivity.
• Develop security designs with policy design and segmentation for critical apps and data.
• Create design documentation for wired and wireless infra on Juniper hardware and Mist.
• Optimize routing and switching across Juniper for high availability and low latency.
• Configure Juniper Mist wireless solutions for stable, high-quality user experiences.
• Review firewall rules and policies to identify risks and enforce standardized configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with product development and cloud adoption.
• Guide operations through complex troubleshooting for firewall, switching and wireless incidents.
• Implement monitoring and observability across Palo Alto and Juniper to detect issues early.
• Evaluate emerging Palo Alto/Juniper tech and suggest improvements for automation and resilience.
• Ensure designs meet compliance and data protection expectations.
• Coordinate change planning for hybrid work deployments with minimal disruption.
