Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a remote North American team.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations, integrations, and automation.
• Design enhancements that meet business needs while maintaining system integrity, security, scalability, and performance.
• Partner with business stakeholders and engineers to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and deliver practical solutions.
• Apply agile development practices to plan, estimate, deliver, and improve team work.
• Participate in peer code reviews and support consistent engineering standards and best practices.
• Contribute actively in project meetings, raising risks, questions, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with team leads and management to improve development processes, tooling, release practices, and support procedures.
• Troubleshoot application behavior, integration issues, and performance problems; implement durable fixes.
• Consider the full software lifecycle through planning, design, code review, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Maintain clear, current documentation for code, customizations, integrations, processes, and support procedures.
• Focus primarily on development, with limited production support and break/fix work for escalated issues
