Job summary

FullClarity is seeking a full-time NetSuite Consultant for a remote role in the United States. You will configure, implement, and optimize FullClarity’s NetSuite-native applications across construction management, file storage, Gantt, and retainage solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong NetSuite functional and configuration skills (workflows, scripts, custom records, dashboards).
• Experience with ERP and financial processes (accounting, job costing, project management, revenue tracking).
• Ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, translate into NetSuite solutions.
• Experience in system implementation activities, including testing, data migration, integrations, and user training.
• Proficient communication and client-facing consulting skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Background in construction, professional services, or similar project-based industries is beneficial.
• NetSuite certifications or prior experience with NetSuite-native applications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and optimize FullClarity’s NetSuite-native applications for clients.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; design NetSuite workflows and customizations.
• Conduct system testing; support data migration and integrations.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to translate client feedback into improvements.
• Participate in project planning and contribute to best practices.
• Help ensure successful deployments and client satisfaction.
