Job summary

• Strong NetSuite functional and configuration skills (workflows, scripts, custom records, dashboards).

• Experience in system implementation activities, including testing, data migration, integrations, and user training.
• Proficient communication and client-facing consulting skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Background in construction, professional services, or similar project-based industries is beneficial.
• NetSuite certifications or prior experience with NetSuite-native applications are a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a NetSuite Consultant. The NetSuite Consultant will configure, implement, and optimize FullClarity’s NetSuite-native applications for client organizations, including construction management, file storage, gantt, and retainage solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing NetSuite workflows and customizations, conducting system testing, and supporting data migration and integrations. The role involves providing user training, documentation, and ongoing support, as well as collaborating with internal product and development teams to translate client feedback into solution improvements. The consultant will participate in project planning, contribute to best practices, and help ensure successful deployments and client satisfaction.
