Job summary

Mitratech, Inc. is seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP to support growth and operational efficiency. You will lead system configuration, customizations, and cross-department processes to scale our business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, ensure data quality, and support integrations with middleware. This role is fully remote within the USA, with a base salary range reflecting the market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience.
• Strong OneWorld (multi-subsidiary, multi-currency) and Multi-Book Accounting background.
• Proficiency with NetSuite data imports/exports (CSV) for data updates.
• Experience configuring and supporting NetSuite integrations with middleware.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NetSuite operations, configuration, maintenance, and updates.
• Create and maintain custom records, fields, lists, forms, and workflows.
• Support third-party integrations and resolve integration issues.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to improve adoption.
• Develop and enforce data management SOPs and ensure data integrity.
