Partner Company is seeking a .NET Technical Lead in the United States for a fully remote, hands-on leadership role. You will design, develop, and support modern .NET applications and APIs, while guiding engineers and owning technical direction.

The role requires deep experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, ORM frameworks, and Azure services. You will communicate progress to management and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with C# and .NET including ASP.NET backend development.
• Hands-on API development experience using C# and .NET.
• Practical experience with Dapper or Entity Framework.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure services (Web Apps, Function Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault).
• Experience leading software teams in a remote setting and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development initiatives while remaining hands-on in coding and delivery.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Develop and support ASP.NET applications and backend services.
• Work with ORM frameworks to build data-access solutions.
• Design and implement APIs meeting technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Azure services including Web Apps, Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates, risks and outcomes to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions, code quality, and continuous improvement.
