Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to help build the next generation of development accelerators for the Genesis/Solution Packaging Kit on the OneStream platform. You will design, develop and maintain accelerators using Microsoft .NET technologies and provide best-practice guidance to partners building solutions on OneStream.

You will lead design discussions, document standards, and collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure alignment with evolving development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development or related field.
• 5+ years in .NET software development.
• 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and shaping product vision.
• Understanding of platform architecture and modular design (low-code/no-code a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions that work interactively (web based, inter-process, embedded).
• Lead design discussions for new accelerators and define complex requirements for major features.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on Genesis/Solution Packaging Kit standards.
• Provide documentation of source code, standards, APIs, and flow diagrams.
• Provide unit testing for teammates' code and solutions.
• Engage with internal and external partners to understand Genesis block development priorities.
• Support Genesis block development standards and toolkits delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver toolkits aligned with leadership priorities.
• Contribute to commercialization efforts by supporting Genesis-related release activities.
