Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Software Developer (.NET) for a remote LATAM contract role. You will design, build, and support cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure, delivering APIs and features with a nearshore US‑based team.

Responsibilities include developing RESTful APIs in C#/.NET, deploying on Azure (App Service, Functions, Azure SQL), writing tests, and participating in CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Strong English and independent work are required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure
• Strong experience with RESTful API design and development
• Solid SQL skills (SQL Server or Azure SQL) and experience with Entity Framework
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest)
• Ability to work independently on defined features and ask good questions when requirements are unclear
• Advanced or fluent English, spoken and written, with daily communication directly with U.S. team members
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET (8/9)
• Build and deploy cloud solutions on Azure, including App Service, Functions, and Azure SQL
• Write clean, testable code and unit tests, and take part in code reviews
• Work within CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve the performance of existing applications
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Contribute to front-end work as needed using Angular / React / Blazor
