Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a .NET Architect (AWS & GenAI) to design and deliver scalable, AI-powered enterprise solutions. The role combines architecture leadership with hands-on development in .NET Core and AWS, while collaborating with clients, product teams, and engineers.

The position offers flexible remote work for qualified US applicants. You will mentor teams, enforce architectural standards, and shape roadmaps for modernization and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise application development.
• Proven leadership of architecture initiatives with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with .NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes, and cloud-native apps.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and MCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise apps and AI-enabled platforms.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
• Develop scalable, secure apps using .NET Core, SQL, Lambda, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectures and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
