Job summary

Homeland Language Services is seeking professional Over-the-Phone Interpreters to facilitate communication between English and non-English speakers. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and requires proficiency in English and Nepali. Successful candidates will possess good knowledge of medical terminology and have at least 1 year of interpreting experience.

Applicants will be part of a supportive team with opportunities for professional training and certifications. Monthly fee payments will be provided for your services.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of interpreting experience required.
• International certifications in healthcare are a plus.
• Awareness of legal terminology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a professional manner.
• Take notes during calls.
• Communicate and report to team leader.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Nepali
