Job summary

Metric Geo is exclusively searching for an experienced NDT Level III to join a confidential client in a remote capacity within the United States. This technical authority will oversee NDT procedures across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with codes and customer specs while supporting quality across inspection disciplines.

This remote role requires regular travel to client and company facilities for audits, training, and technical support.

Qualifications

• Current NDT Level III certification in one or more methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, ET, VT).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in NDT with demonstrated Level III responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards.
• Based in the U.S. and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures per codes across multiple sites.
• Provide remote and on-site technical oversight and interpretation of inspection results.
• Train, mentor, and certify Level I and II technicians across locations.
• Serve as primary contact for customer and regulatory audits, including on-site visits.
• Maintain and update written practices across facilities.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Evaluate new equipment, techniques, and procedures to improve inspection capability.
