Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and process journal voucher and batch-upload files per Navy financial procedures.
• Execute and troubleshoot Navy ERP transaction ZCCCC0003, LSMW, and SF 1043 data loads.
• Review source files for completeness, formatting, balancing, and required financial data prior to upload.
• Research rejected records and reconcile postings; correct issues and reprocess as needed.
• Reconcile batch totals and postings to Navy ERP FI/FM documents and supporting material.
• Maintain load procedures, error logs, and processing documentation for audit readiness.
