Herdt Consulting, Inc. seeks a Navy ERP JV & Batch Processing SME to support the Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation program.

You will prepare, validate, and reconcile high-volume journal voucher and batch data loads using Navy ERP and SAP tools, focusing on ZCCCC0003, LSMW, and SF 1043 processes. The role is remote with preference for proximity to Norfolk, VA, Washington, DC, or San Diego, CA; requires US citizenship and a Secret clearance; Bachelor’s in business/finance and 10+ years’

Qualifications

• Hands-on Navy ERP or SAP batch-processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and process journal voucher and batch-upload files per Navy procedures.
• Execute and troubleshoot Navy ERP ZCCCC0003, LSMW, SF 1043 data loads.
• Review source files for completeness, formatting, balancing, and required data.
• Research rejected records and reconcile postings; coordinate reprocessing as needed.
• Maintain load procedures, error logs, and documentation for audit readiness.
