Job summary

Significance is seeking senior/SME-level candidates to support a Navy ERP implementation project. The role covers functional and technical support across SAP Navy ERP modules (FI/CO, FM, MM, IM, CO, PS, AM, SD) and related areas. Positions are mostly remote with about 25% travel within the CONUS.

US DoD Secret clearance eligibility is required. Responsibilities include providing ERP implementation and sustainment support, participating in BPR initiatives, preparing desk guides and SOPs, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in financial or business systems services for DoD or Fortune 500
• Active Secret Clearance or eligible for DoD Secret clearance
• Knowledge of Navy ERP FI/CO, FM, MM, IM, CO, PS, AM, SD modules
• Experience with month-end close, ERP data reconciliation, General Funds and Navy Working Capital Fund
• Experience building desk guides, SOPs, policies, and training materials
• Ability to travel ~25% within CONUS
• Proven IT/ERP sustainment and end-user support across live environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and sustainment support for Navy ERP/SAP across functional and technical areas
• Lead Business Process Reengineering initiatives and process mapping
• Deliver presentations, trainings, and demonstrations to stakeholders
• Develop Desk Guides, SOPs, policies and guidance
• Develop test data, test plans, and UAT scripts
• Support ERP design, development, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support
• Coordinate security clearance requirements and travel logistics
