Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. seeks an Acquisition Portfolio Logistics Manager to support NAVSEA in Washington, DC. This remote position leads a team, analyzes modernization and logistics plans, and develops IPS packages for hardware and software.

The role requires DoD logistics experience, NAVSEA program exposure, and a DoD Secret clearance, with travel as needed. You will collaborate with CSS and PMO staff, maintain ILS metrics, and prepare comprehensive LCSPs, IUID, APSAs, and DMSMS plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/logistics or related field with DoD experience.
• 10+ years' Navy acquisition and/or sustainment logistics experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team analyzing modernization and logistics plans to improve product flow and fleet use.
• Develop and execute product support strategies for acquisition and sustainment programs.
• Collaborate with logistics and PMO to gather data and manage ILS execution.
• Produce ILS documentation such as LCSPs, IUID, APSAs, and DMSMS plans.
• Build ILS status briefs and participate in leadership meetings.
