Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to drive adoption of NavDx®, a cutting-edge LDT for HPV-driven cancers. You will engage oncologists, surgeons, and other care teams across the South Florida region to expand clinical awareness and utilization.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong relationship building, and data-driven targeting using Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau. Domestic travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare sales, with 5+ years in a startup environment (preferred).
• 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to cancer care providers.
• Experience launching new LDTs and managing multi-state territories.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across a diverse customer base and product portfolio.
• Drive new and existing account growth via launches, expanded usage, and tailored marketing support.
• Educate customers on clinical value, safety, and indications while resolving challenges proactively.
