Job summary

Information Discovery Services, LLC is seeking an Adjudicator to provide suitability and national security adjudicative support under applicable guidelines, orders, and customer policies. You will apply sound judgement to evaluate investigative information, prepare adjudicative documents, and ensure timely, accurate filing in customer systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and at least three years making adjudicative recommendations for fitness and NSE.
• Experience with Federal background investigations evaluation and adjudication.
• US citizenship required; ability to undergo federal background investigation.
• Completion of NTS/CDSE adjudications training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and summarize investigation reports to recommend fitness, suitability, and NSE.
• Make adjudicative recommendations per federal guidelines and customer policies.
• Determine if additional inquiries are needed to resolve issues.
• Strictly apply required guidelines and executive orders.
• Manage caseload and meet customer timelines and quality standards.
• Document and enter information accurately into customer systems.
• Prepare written evaluations and complex correspondence (NOPA, LOI, NOD).
• Draft personnel security correspondence and related case work.
• Complete other case-related administrative functions.
• Prepare weekly or monthly workload reports.
