Qualifications

• MD or DO with active/unrestricted medical license in one or more states.
• Board certified in General Surgery or related surgical specialty.
• 10+ years of clinical practice experience.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience managing clinical and cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of senior management experience in health plan or managed care.
• Demonstrated understanding of utilization management, clinical decision support, post-service review, and care management functions.
• Ability to read and apply evidence-based medical literature to policy and clinical guidelines.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and healthcare data exchange.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence across levels of a large organization.
• Proven ability to drive collaboration in a highly matrixed environment.
