Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is looking for a National Captive Leader to manage complex claims and drive team performance. This fully remote role requires strong leadership and a minimum of 12 years related experience, preferably with TPA experience.

You will be responsible for overseeing claim functions, conducting evaluations, and adjusting claims strategies while fostering a collaborative environment. This position also offers a comprehensive compensation package including a range of benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership skills are essential.
• TPA experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the area claim functions.
• Oversee handling of the largest and most complex claims.
• Approve hiring and training of staff.
• Set and adjust claim reserves.
• Conduct case reviews and evaluate staff performance.
