The position reports to the Head of Sales, America, is fully remote within North America, with 50-75% travel and a salary range of $190,000–$215,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or sciences; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial experience selling to health systems.
• 5+ years leading sales teams and driving growth.
• Proven ability in complex contract negotiations with IDNs/GPOs.
• Experience developing strategic growth plans using market insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Health System Executives to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and execute the National Accounts growth strategy for IDNs and healthcare systems.
• Coach on account planning, healthcare economics, and negotiations.
• Drive funnel management and DBS-based performance improvements.
• Align national and regional strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Gather market intelligence to inform strategy and strengthen partnerships.
• Attract and retain top talent through coaching and succession planning.
