Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical, biotechnology, market access, payer account management, government accounts, pricing/contracting, or related commercial experience.
• Demonstrated access to and credibility with pharmacy directors, medical directors, and influential decision‑makers within major payer, IDN, or government accounts.
• Deep understanding of formulary management, utilization management, reimbursement, pricing, rebates, and buy‑and‑bill dynamics including ASP, WAC, and 340B considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise account strategies and business plans for access, formulary positioning, and portfolio performance across products.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across national, regional, and local levels with senior payers and government program representatives.
• Lead complex payer negotiations and contract economics to maximize long‑term portfolio value.
