Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Municipal Syndicate Operations Analyst to support the execution, regulatory processing, and settlement of municipal bond primary market activity. You will collaborate with underwriters, investment bankers, and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant transaction execution during issuance cycles.

Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of municipal capital markets, MSRB regulations, and underwriting lifecycle controls, with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• 5+ years municipal underwriting operations, fixed income operations, or similar broker-dealer operations experience.
• FINRA Series 52 certification preferred or must obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Experience using Bloomberg TOMs, Ipreo BookBuild, EMMA, and other municipal underwriting/settlement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the institutional municipal underwriting desk.
• Maintain accurate deal terms in book-building systems and assist with allocation and pricing workflows.
• Reconcile transaction revenue, expenses, and settlement activity for closeout and reporting.
• Monitor MSRB EMMA submissions and ensure timely filings.
• Assist with review of official statements, bond purchase agreements, and closing memos.
