Job summary

Huntington is seeking a seasoned operations professional to support its municipal underwriting desk. You will maintain deal data across Bloomberg and Ipreo, help manage pricing and allocations, and ensure accurate revenue and settlement reconciliation.

Ideal candidates have extensive municipal underwriting operations experience, familiarity with fixed income products, and proficiency with Bloomberg TOMs, EMMA, and Ipreo. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and timely regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years municipal underwriting operations, fixed income operations, or similar broker-dealer operations experience.
• Experience with municipal bond products and issuance structures is preferred.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg TOMs, Ipreo BookBuild, EMMA and other platforms is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the institutional municipal underwriting desk.
• Maintain accurate deal terms in book-building systems and assist with allocation and pricing workflows.
• Reconcile transaction revenue, expenses, and settlement activity for accurate reporting.
• Monitor MSRB EMMA submissions and ensure timely filings.
• Coordinate good faith and closing wires and prepare deal files for closure.
• Provide operational support across underwriting and settlement processes.
