Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional P&C underwriting experience.
• Underwritten at least one major segment (personal lines, commercial property, etc.).
• Understand underwriting lifecycle from submission to renewal and nonrenewal.

Responsibilities

• Design underwriting scenarios including new business, renewals, exposure analysis, and pricing.
• Create underwriting assessments, quote rationales, requests for information, and renewal strategies.
• Write reference responses at experienced underwriter quality.
• Grade AI-generated responses for technical accuracy and risk judgment.
• Provide feedback to improve model behavior.
