AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a Remote Multi-Step Reasoning Failure Analysis Reviewer on a CONTRACTOR basis. You will review model outputs, apply a versioned rubric, and label edge cases with severity tags. Ground truth and compare paired responses to select stronger answers with clear rationales.

Excellent written reasoning and attention to detail are required, plus reliable weekly availability for asynchronous work across US time zones. This role supports AuraOne's Human Data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on multi step reasoning failure analysis evaluation or adjacent content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate multi step reasoning failure analysis evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them to the program team for rubric updates.
• Calibrate reviewer quality against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes to inform future training.
