Candidates should have 3+ years of substantive experience, strong advocacy, and the ability to work independently with a remote team. Compensation ranges from $85k to $100k DOE, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• High level of organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and law.
• Maintain communications with courts, agencies, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
