This W-2, full-time position emphasizes independence within a collaborative, remote team and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of substantive legal experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and licensure in two or more states.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, administrative agencies, clients, financial institutions, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals; agreements and security instruments.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
