Job summary

Provencher & Company, LLC is hiring Nationally for multi-line claims adjusters who can work remotely. The role covers both property and liability claims with experience adjusting commercial and residential losses.

Candidates should understand coverage, investigations, and damage valuation, and manage tasks with minimal supervision. The position requires at least 5 years of adjusting experience, proficiency with Xactimate, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform statements of loss

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of first-party commercial/residential property and liability adjusting experience.
• Current estimating software; Xactimate preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and working computer.
• Able to work remotely with modest supervision.
• State adjuster license where required.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and commercial field property inspections using Xactimate to assess negligence and damages.
• Investigate claims by obtaining statements from insureds, claimants, or witnesses and inspect damages.
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigation with well-supported reserve reports.
• Review coverage forms and endorsements, providing analysis of coverage in initial reports to client.
• Maintain quality by adhering to client Best Practices.
