Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: memory/state tracking and awareness of prompt-injection risks.

Responsabilidades

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent performance.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify failures and improve reliability.
• Stress Test Agent under realistic workloads and edge cases.
