Job summary

The MuleSoft Developer at ADEPT Force Group Incorporated builds and deploys APIs and integration flows using Anypoint Studio, focusing on data transformation, error handling, and secure message routing. This role supports enterprise integration across DoW-related systems and Salesforce ecosystems.

You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable MuleSoft solutions, collaborate with DoW stakeholders and engineers, and ensure data integrity within a secure, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of professional integration experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce core objects, data models, SOQL/SOSL, security architecture, and outbound integration mechanisms.
• Proficiency in RAML and OpenAPI (OAS) specification design, Advanced DataWeave 2.0 transformation skills.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and messaging technologies (Kafka, JMS, AWS SQS/SNS).
• Hands‑on experience with version control (Git) and dependency management (Maven).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Active Secret Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• API & Integration Engineering: Design, build, and maintain enterprise integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and CloudHub.
• API‑Led Architecture: Implement 3‑tiered API‑led architectures and reusable components using RAML/OAS.
• Salesforce Connectivity: Configure Salesforce integrations using the MuleSoft Salesforce Connector and Platform Events.
• Data Transformation: Develop complex data mappings and transformations with DataWeave 2.0.
• Reliability & Security: Enforce security policies (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, PKI) and robust error‑handling frameworks.
• DevOps & Testing: Write unit/functional tests with MUnit; automate deployments with Maven and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor performance, resolve issues across hybrid environments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with DoW stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
