Job summary
MetroPlus is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to strengthen our API-led integration efforts within the Information Technology department. The candidate will design, build, and manage APIs and integrations on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform to support our expanding Application Development initiatives.
You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, participate in the full SDLC, optimize performance, and document architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 5+ years of professional MuleSoft development experience with API-led integration.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform design patterns and error handling.
- Experience with REST, XML, JSON, and Web Services.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and manage APIs and integrations using MuleSoft.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected MuleSoft solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Implement APIs as per the design specification.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for seamless integration.
- Conduct unit and functional testing to ensure robustness.
- Document development processes with diagrams and comments.
