Job Title: MuleSoft Integration Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated MuleSoft Integration Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in API-led connectivity, excellent programming skills, and a solid understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft Platform (Anypoint Studio, CloudHub, API Manager, etc.).
- Implement API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs) following MuleSoft best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather and understand integration requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Develop efficient data transformation logic to map and convert data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, CSV).
- Create and maintain API specifications
- Perform unit testing using MUnit and participate in integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Implement security protocols and policies (e.g., OAuth, basic authentication, throttling) using API Manager.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to design standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues in development, staging, and production environments.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration solutions, including design, deployment diagrams, and run-books.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven hands-on experience as a MuleSoft Developer
- Proficiency in designing and developing APIs implementing them with Mule 4 (or later).
- Expertise in DataWeave for complex data transformation and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, web services (RESTful and SOAP), and protocols (HTTP, JMS, JDBC).
- Experience with testing frameworks, particularly MUnit.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Maven) and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of various data formats, including XML and JSON.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with Java or another object-oriented programming language.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment models (e.g., CloudHub, Runtime Fabric) and on-premise deployments.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with enterprise application security concepts (e.g., OAuth 2.0, JWT).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
