Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking a MTT Synchronization Cell Lead to centrally coordinate and schedule all Mobile Training Team activities for C-sUAS training operations. The role ensures resources are aligned with Domestic Shield priorities and JCU standards.

You will oversee instructor assignments, travel, and locations across multiple sites, maintaining a master calendar and deconflicting activities to maximize readiness. A Secret clearance and 10+ years of DoD training experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of DoW training management experience at joint or combatant command level.
• Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MTT Synchronization Cell and oversee MTT scheduling and deconfliction.
• Synchronize instructor assignments, travel, equipment, and training locations across DoW sites.
• Maintain the master training calendar and resolve conflicts to maximize operator readiness.
• Coordinate with JCU Cadre, MTT Instructors, NCR Trainers, Curriculum Integration Specialist, and Training Operations Coordinators.
• Track instructor availability and readiness; manage surge capacity.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, and recommendations for program leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure training execution aligns with JCU doctrine and six lines of effort.
• Serve as primary point of contact for MTT synchronization issues.
