PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for the Southeast region (GA, AL, MS, LA, TN). This remote role focuses on hematology/oncology, antibody research, and PV-related discussions with HCPs.

The MSL will build KOL relationships, support medical education, and advance local study proposals across a broad healthcare network. Required advanced degree (PhD/PharmD/MD) and 3+ years in field medical/MSL roles.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• 3+ years in a field medical/MSL role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Broad knowledge of general medicine with focus in hematology/oncology.
• Experience planning and executing scientific studies and clinical trials.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key thought-leaders.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Strong networking skills.
• On-time completion of goals with high-quality results.
• Project planning and execution.
• Adherence and compliance with regulatory and GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish PharmaEssentia presence in the medical community.
• Develop relationships with physicians, thought leaders, and KOLs.
• Support regional opinion leaders across segments (community clinics, IDNs, academic centers).
• Provide medical and scientific support to internal and external customers.
• Lead medical education on disease state, guidelines, and product information.
• Manage studies and ensure alignment with medical objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hematology and oncology literature.
• Document activities and track strategic measures.
• Submit abstracts for congresses and meetings.
• Support Market Access and other Medical Affairs activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and marketplace changes.
